Nothing for Crysis consoles?

So In Australia, oct the 4th is tommorow, now I dont know when the store updates but weres the hype? I know 07 game, 2011 who neesd one? well those who game on consoles who would love to see more of the console version, but to make this a lasting thing anyone excited for the console crysis? I KNOW I AM!!!!!

why do people say inferior? looks to be just as fun as the pc I love playing crysis for it's gameplay, andthe videos out seem to reflect it will be partially the same other than their being a controller...... Oh wait graphic well I play crysis on high at 640- 480 and still have fun with crysis pc.. so it cant be that

Everytime somebody says anything about a game being good or not it's implied it's his or her opinion. For more general uses there are sales or critical reception, but simply "good" is always (a very clear) personal remark. And as any personal remark, it obviouslyhas little significance when talking about wider topics, like why (in general) this game isn't hyped.

Many people who had interest in Crysis already built PC's to play it in all it's glory. This is just a cash grab for Crytek stripping down the game and cramming it on consoles. If I were a console gamer I'd keep my money and avoid being part of this rip off.

I'm actually pretty hyped about it, I didn't like Crysis that much 2 years ago, I'll give it another shot on the PS3. As for what was cut, I'm really interested on seeing just how much got cut, maybe it's just a small ammount of stuff.

According to VGChartz Crysis 2 sold just under 1m copies.

Crysis isn't a game, it's a PC benchmarking tool.

Turning it into a console game is hilarious, I bet lotsa people will buy it.

It's not terrible at all, it's the way future FPS's should have gone instead of the linear (corridor) style level design :( At least console only gamers will get to see this game was never really about the visuals. Even though the visuals on the consoles will suffer, I hope the excellent gameplay largely remains intact. Although I not sure if cell streaming will convey it properly.
