A game kind of like that is already out. Its called Jurassic: The Hunted and it sucks

You mean like, taking cover every 5 seconds whilst trying to shoot raptors with machine guns who are taking cover every 5 seconds?

The problems with facing humans against dinosaurs are thus: dinosaurs were bigger, relied entirely on instinct, were quicker and more powerful than man. In a one on one fight with a dinosaur, aman is likely to come out in a box and most dinosaurs would be impossible to out-run. Therefore the best tacticsyou could hope forare hiding, distraction and deception. It would need to be a survival/stealth game.

Another relatively large problem with dinosaur themed games is that they have been extinct for millions of ****ing years.
