NPCs or side characters that need their own game

A few off the top of my head...

The Arbiter - The lore is there, he's on Earth now, he's highly beloved.

GladOS - A strategy game where you keep your test subjects from escaping :twisted:

Vivi - c'mon, Vivi's awesome :D

HK-47 - no reasons needed, organic meatbag...

There must be several more worth their own game/spinoff.

I never played the game but apparently there is an NPC in Skyrim who took an arrow to the knee. I demand a game which places this NPC at the centre of it all.

Yep.  I remember wondering why I had to play as douche and friends while there is this other team that is way cooler, way more interesting and has way better battle music.  

I would have quit the game early on had it not been for Laguana and crew.

What I wish for the most would be a Mass Effect spinoff using the frostbite 3 engine with DICE at the helm. 

Full blown FPS spin-off titled Mass Effect: Archangel; the story would take place between Mass Effect 1 and 2 and would cover Garrus' escapades and eventual tragedies on Omega during his time as a badass vigilante.

Imagine a full blown squad-based multiplayer component with DICE at the helm incorporating biotics, Mass Effect lore and weapons and the atmosphere. it would truly be the most epic thing ever imagined; especially due to Garrus' immense popularity, EVERYONE loves Garrus.
