Ds and Wii dominate. The 360 sold more than the PS3 and PS2 combined.

The #1 game was Resident Evil 5 for the 360 which almost sold a whoppin 1 mill!!!!

112,000 + 218,000 = 330,000, RIGHT? How is 330,000 more than 330,000?

That statement was laced with pure biased opinion, and in this case it happened to be completely false.

If you want to slight Sony, that's fine, just do it correctly next time, since you are wrong.

Also, the Wii sold a little under the 360, PS3, and PS2 Combined!

This is the 4th topic about this, but Good for RE5, I bought two copies (both platforms)...this data will be nice to add to the WORLDWIDE Numbers.

For those that Bash KZ2 numbers, remember, this is not counting FEB. KZ2 numbers, and this is only NA...in a worldwide economic crisis.

Sony just reported KZ2 hit PLATINUM, (http://www.gamedaily.com/games/killzone-2/playstation-3/game-news/killzone-2-eclipses-1-million-sold/) which is pretty good for a month, especially for a sequel based on a mediocre shooter. KZ2 will keep selling all year long.

Following the revelation that Killzone 2 became the fastest SCEA title on PS3 to reach 500K sold, Sony today revealed that the critically acclaimed first-person shooter from Guerilla Games has sold over one million copies worldwide. The company pointed to the game as another example of an "only on PlayStation experience," and noted that KZ2 will "continue to drive incentive for hardware sales throughout the year."Sony

It's good that the Wii and 360 are doing well, but if Sony doesn't drop the price, they are just going to have to deal with these low NA numbers.

Wounder if Sony is reconsidering other PS3 projects for cancellation.

I've been playing the RE5 demo, I've played it at least 20x. I'm about to move it up on my GameFly Queue so that I can get it faster :) I'm not really a fan of the RE series.

Like I said before there is no way Sony is happy with KZ2 sales. With well over 4 years of hype and this is all it got? Bad enough it still was last place sales but the PS3 could not even sell as much as it did for the same month the year before and that is like 8 or 9 months in a row that has happened.rybe1025

Killzone left a bad taste in peoples mouth that Killzone Liberation couldn't surmount. Killzone 2 might as well be the first entry in the foray, in my opinion Killzone 3 will have well deserved hype now.

I can't believe MLB09: The Show sold more than Killzone 2.

With these numbers, the Wii is one step closer to Complete Global Saturation.

Today would mark the 20th straight month that the Wii is the top home console seller.

If they make a another fps they should probably name it something else, maybe the "Killzone" name didn't carry it through.
