NPD sales data copyrighted?

Is the NPD sales data they release every month copyrighted? If I put it on my blog while attributing the data to NPD, is it theoretically against their terms? I know they have private data and I'm sure that's not for use anywhere, but for it's publicly available data, is it protected?

Because it takes time, money, and people to get those numbers.

I just wonder what NPD's official policy is towards the use of their numbers. Whether they enforce it is another thing. Their website tells me nothing.It really does look like a gray area to me.
