The cheapest game on the list is still valued at 20 dollars, so all you're realling doing is knocking 40 of the new 60 dollar game with your older games at the same total value.

Unfortunately... I might have to go along with this deal. I gotta get my hands on AC2... I have the crappy naruto game right next to me. I got that from one of my friends and LBP, which isnt my type of game. I can't seel them on E-bay because it takes too long most of the time.

Why arn't there more game stores that will give me a better price on those?

Sounds like you can just trade in those games by theirselves and get a better deal than actually being part of this special. Also, if you have the edge card it is a no brainer not to do this deal. Gamestop is a ripoff and only good for renting video games(using the 7 tryout period).

TBH, all the edge card is good for is cancelling out the tax. 10% isn't really much when you add it.

I'm not saying the edge card is great. All I'm saying that deal sucks as isn't any better than what you could do with normal trade-ins with the edge card. Gamestop is just trying to pull a fast one over the customers. Please don't do this deal.

Not for me :( It takes days most of the times. Then again I haven't really used E-bay in quite a while...

I have 2 copys of Twilight Princess, I also dont care for Killzone 2 so Ill take advantage of the deal. Ive been interested in Uncharted 2 for a while.

Good deal for me. I'm going to trade in Left 4 Dead, COD4, Prototype, and Fallout 3 to get AC2 and U2. I wasn't planning on playing these again except for FO3 which I have on the computer too, so no real loss there. I also find this more convenient than Ebay.

Actually, it could be a really good deal if you also use other offers. For example, The Bigs 2 is on clearance at Target for $10 and there is also a $10 off 2 games coupon turning a $10 (plus tax) investment into $40 off. :D
