oblivion elder scrolls

k so my character is a red guard hes does not use much magic so im trying to make a black soul gem but to do it i need the soul trap spell. i keep looking at other forums but people just say the same thing ( lvl up mystsism) any way i dont want to learn the stupid spell i want the scroll and no one seems to know i need to i know of a store that sells them and i want an exact store. also ive tryed the IC store it dosent have it.

coming from someone whos main in that game is a redguard just take the time to level it up dude, compared ot the time youll be spent doing other things in that game its really nothing.
