I want reveals but I know that many reveals probably won't be released till after next year's E3 so what's the point? When I say I want reveals I mean I want to see stuff happening for 2015. But like most E3 conferences, I'll be left going "eh."

Still, there are games I'm interested in seeing.

Anybody watching Giantbomb's stream? Only they can make these conferences fun. I'll be skipping on them doing Tomb Raider, since that's pwecious pwecious to me, but them jumping on anything else is gonna be good shit.

They figured out that if you are not live on stage, you can actually make a better show. And it showed, Nintendo E3 2014's show blew away the other ones by a mile.

Hmmm. Since Ninty already confirmed NX won't be shown/talked, I'm guessing they'll focus on software for the current hardware. 3DS will probably get some needed love (kinda feel the 3DS bubble is bursting/deflating despite still having some great software coming up), WiiU...well, we'll see what they have to show for the WiiU.

Sony needs to have an amazing show. They're kinda riding the hype wave despite putting some great software out there already, but a potential price cut and some new announcements for late 2015/2016 are needed.

MS in theory has the easiest job since they appear to be shifting their already announced content to Gamescom. So that either means a bunch of new announcements or a bunch of new partnerships. Or both! All (or most) of which potentially targeting 2016 since their Holiday lineup is pretty much set I think.

Winner? Right now the stage seems set for MS, but who knows. E3 does love surprises (despite all the damn leaks every single year :P)!

Personal winner will be Bethesda because Fallout 4. That is all.

I still don't really understand how someone "wins" E3. If Nintendo "won" 2014 wouldn't they have sold more consoles and games?

Nope, Sony won for 2nd straight year. Them not doing the live event for me was saying we know our console position and we cant do anything about it this gen,

But in all honesty my desire for the 1st party has diminished and it has nothing to do with the quality of the games. I know you'll think it's trolling or whatever and then go onto smash Sony, but in the end it doesn't really matter. All 3 manufactures made it to this gen and they aren't going anywhere. I have a WiiU at least and am looking forward to Chronicles X this year hopefully.

Nope, I remember the polls and there was quite a few. I honestly dont even remember what Nintendo showed. I haven't bought a single game for my 3Ds or WiiU since their E3 2014. Still waiting for Chronicles X to come out.

It's ok if others have a different opinion. I know some that think MS won too.

In the end it doesn't really matter though, does it? I mean if you look at console sales from this gen you can see that E3 really has no bearing on it, especially 1 year after new consoles launch...in my opinion. :P

I love E3! No matter how busy we get and it seems like my interest for gaming dimmers because of life, E3 always brings me back to my favorite hobby and that's gaming! Looking forward to see all the games and hopefully they'll be playable in the expo so I could try them out. And maybe there'll be some bombs dropped that could shake up SW and make this place fun for a minute again. Can't wait and it starts tonight!
