OFFICIAL: Project S is a SERIES of Snatcher-based projects

According to the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, Goichi Suda (otherwise known as Suda 51), president of the independent studio Grasshopper Manufacture, has revealed that Project-S will be a series of projects based on Hideo Kojima's classic adventure game Snatcher. The first project will be a radio drama written by Suda 51 himself, who will also star as one of the drama's voice actors. "I think I will call it 'Snatchers'. I can't talk about the details of the story at this point," he comments. No word on what format the other projects will take, but hopefully an actual video game will exist among them.

It has been announced for the Wii quite a while ago. The only thing known until now though was that it was a project with both Kojima and Suda51 working on it.

It's likely to be on Wii but not totally confirmed and now that seems to be a series of projects well..

Wii plays radio shows now?

They haven't announced an actual game yet people.

Could be a radio show, digital graphic novel and mobile series for all we know.

I've heard that in the radio drama they will cover Jean Jack Gibson's story(deceased in the original game).

 Sucks that it's a radio drama tho.
