I don't think XIII-2 is a major FF game. Individual numbered games, yes. But this is artificial hype created by Square-Enix. I don't think anyone is REALLY thinking this is a major game. It has a niche audience being a direct sequel to a game that got mixed reactions. But FFXV is the next major FF, not XIII-2. XIII-2 is the equivalent to games like X-2 or Revenant Wings. It's not the major release. Neither will Versus XIII be that major release. We're all waiting to see what's next for a series that console redefines itself in Final Fantasy XV and that may not be for a good while.
