Anyway, i think the following will not meet their hype: Metroid Prime 3, SMG, Heavenly Sword, Lair, Mass Effect and possibly Halo 3.

Halo 3 - Beta = Killed it

Blue Dragon, No More Heroes, and Uncharted is gonna flop HARD.

Warhawk will flop. As well as lost odessey.SaintBlaze

Just Lair. People are hyping this for the PS3 because for the most part there isn't much to hype for it in the near future that is exclusive.

It might not be a "bad" game, but it won't live up to people calling it the Gears killer for whatever reasons.

I doubt SSBB will bring anything new to the table... I think Lair will flop....Blue Dragon will be the biggest 360 flop

Really, I don't even think Nintendo fanboys are hyping that...

If any hyped game will flop, i think its uncharted.

A lot of you guys are just angry at other games.

Most people would agree thatMass Effect, Heavenly Sword, Metroid prime 3, will all do well. I dont see how any of those are going down the toilet.

The only reason i think uncharted might flop is its small amount of gameplay and no online.

But even then im pretty sure itll do pretty well.

There are some great games coming out this year, and Im pretty sure gamespot will think so too.

Guerilla hasn't really impressed me in the past with Killzone (PS2) and Killzone: Liberation (PSP).

I never said it will flop because it wont have online. In fact, i never said it will flop at all, only that it would be the one to flop if a game was gonna flop. Or SSBB. SS is great, but hasnt had the best reception to gamespot reviewers.
