at the bottom... it is an official xbox 360 product... but the way exclusivity is swaying these days on all sorts of games, who really knows what the final product will be on.

I don't think this is a teribbly full-proof idea. When Assassin's Creed was scheduled only for PS3, the official website only showed the PS3 logo. It was a matter of some days after it was officially announced for the Xbox 360 that the website actually updated with the new logo.
That does not mean that it is Exclusive..... so what, when they advertise Oblivion somewhere and it has a PS3 logo near it, then Oblivion will all of sudden become a PS3 exclusive?? All of our 360 & PC versions will be stolen in the night while we are sleeping??? Get real dude!
