This statement isn't true to many gamers and it really comes down to one's taste in games. Personally, (having a med-high end PC, myself), I still am looking forward to many 360 games that aren't available on the PC: Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Halo 3, Mass Effect, Soul Calibur IV, Fable 2, The Last Remnant, Banjo 3, Too Human, Ninja Gaiden 2, etc. (Plus the games I already enjoyed that aren't on PC, like Dead Rising, Gears of War, Kameo, etc.).

Hermits have a delusion that they are getting all 360 games(maybe some in two years when nobody cares). I find it sad since it's like they are begging for 360 games.

unless you buy pre built garbage, you can always build a reasonable game PC for a good price. you can easily build a Crysis level PC for $600-700 if you shop correctly.

assuming you have NO computer whatsoever, its about mid $700, if you are just upgrading, it can cost very little. you dont have to have the best PC on the block to run Crysis, its well optimized, and the developers demonstrated the game on a 7 series card and looked fantastic.

my whole PC with all the kickass stuff you see was about $1400, and mine is overkill for crysis, i could have done it WAY cheaper, but i wanted the huge monitor, and the fancy stuffins, cause i can. shop before you speak

i bought everything but the monitor for my computer from Micro Center, wow, what a friggin nightmare, i had to go to a store to buy something, then on top of that, click a website and have them ship me a monitor from Newegg.

Crysis hasn't been released nor have the offical specs.

I doubt it'll run great on the 7 series and most people are going to want it in direct X10.

As far as building PCs - a child could build a PC, don't act like it's some kind of technological accomplishment to build a PC.

you can get a budget core 2 duo that overclocks like crazy, and a reasonable ASUS or EVGA board for cheap.

2 gb of ram my brother just bought from corsair (GREAT ram) $120

assuming you have NO computer whatsoever, its about mid $700, if you are just upgrading, it can cost very little. you dont have to have the best PC on the block to run Crysis, its well optimized, and the developers demonstrated the game on a 7 series card and looked fantastic.

my whole PC with all the kickass stuff you see was about $1400, and mine is overkill for crysis, i could have done it WAY cheaper, but i wanted the huge monitor, and the fancy stuffins, cause i can. shop before you speak

I doubt it'll run great on the 7 series and most people are going to want it in direct X10.

As far as building PCs - a child could build a PC, don't act like it's some kind of technological accomplishment to build a PC.

apparently not any child could, cause certain people dont understand that the developers have stated it will run on a high 7 series card, and they demonstrated gameplay on a 7 series card. all the DX9 pics and footage were with a 7800 series card. can be easily done, you just dont know what your doing. thats more than obvious.

I never got this argument. Ok, play them on your PC. I'll be playing them on my 360, because it cost me a lot less than a gaming rig. If it was profitable for developers to only make PC games, we'd see that, but obviously some one is buying the 360 versions. That's why they keep making them and succeeding.

of course they put that in there, a disclaimer is required for everything. but again, if youve actually watched the gameplay videos, they did those with the card they specified up there. im partial to trusting the developers about what runs their game, how bout yourself?

looks like Michael Khaimzon and Jack Mamais both say it will run on those cards just fine. sorry its not "official" since the game isnt released, but its just being optimized, and it set to release in the next few months. optimizing helps the game run better on the hardware that is there, not worse. so if anything, the requirements will go down.

I'm interested in Afrika....however there is a difference between making a most anticipated list and listing off all the upcoming titles of a console (which is bascially what was done)

Nope, I'm not. But there are so many in that list I am excited for that I don't want to cut and splice. The point othat list is that there are a lot of good games coming out for both systems. Which one is better depends on personal taste.

agreed, both systems are going to kick ass this yr, 360 has my vote, but thats mainly cause ive looked at 360 games more since i own it, good yr for gaming (unless everything gets friggin delayed)
