[QUOTE="REforever101"]i just know at least 30 things are going to go wrong when i try to build it....even though on paper it seems so easyVelocitas8
Naw. I got that feeling with my first build (I think everyone does), but everything has always gone very smoothly for me.
The worst thing that can happen, really (assuming you researched your build sufficiently), is you wind up with some component arriving DOA. All you've got to do in those cases is get in contact with the retailer and set up an RMA, then wait a few days for the replacement.
Hell, the E8500 just drops in to the socket (no pins) ..so there really isn't much that you can mess up. Just watch out for those stupid stock Intel coolers. That snap-pin system can be a pain if you aren't installing it correctly (push them in 2 pins at a time; make sure they're diagonally across from each other)..and you definitely don't want to seat a heatsink incorrectly. If you're already using an aftermarket cooler: even better. They're usually harder to install than stock coolers (large mounting brackets and such are often involved, depending on what you bought), but it's always pretty clear how they should be mounted.
Everything else really is as easy as it looks on paper.
from what ive been told my arctic cooling freezer 7 pro 92mm is a pain in the ass to install, but totally worth it i just hope its not too difficult
