OK, Let's say the 360/PS3 is better than the wii...

...Can't you guys admit that the wii is still a pretty great console?

360 Release date : November 22 2005

After 1 year and 9 months 2007 August 22nd

7AAA's

PS3 Release date : November 11th 2006

9 AAA's

They're both ahead and the 360 is only ahead by 1

So although the other 2 are better with AAA titles the wii isn't far behind so its still got a bunch of quality AAA titles and with many high scoring AA titles (Above 8.5) and many great VC games and a decent lineup to look forward to even if the 360/PS3 are better consoles how does that make the wii a bad one?

People hate it because it has a lot of casual games and because it's beating the crap out of the other two in sales.

Well, the 360 is starting to close in...

Anyway, I like it. I haven't played it in a while though.

So you're saying games like SMG, SSBB, NMH, MKWii, Okami Wii, MP3, Resi 4, Warioware, Twilight Princess, Pro Evo Wii, Zack and Wiki, Super Paper Mario, many other AA titles, a hell of a lot of VC games, some decent wiiware titles are all shovelware and gimmicky nonsense?

Sure games like Carnival games, Ninjabread man are these things but you can't just base a console on some horrible games

Strictly my opinion. I owned a Wii for about 2 weeks. Neat idea but I had to sell it. It's not my ideal of gaming. I'll stick to my PS360.Rudy25

Do you mind if I ask, what do you gain by owning both consoles?

Most games are released on both and there are only a few great exclusive PS3 games such as MGS4, Uncharted, Ratchet and clank and umm, resistance?

I'm not trying to be rude but wouldn't you be better off with, PSWII, Wii60, 360PC etc

Exclusives. Halo, Resistance, Gears, Killzone 2, MGS4, little games like that.

Bro there are great exclusives for each console, and the PS3 is a blu ray player while the 360 is for online gaming. Wii has all nintendo games which I'm not a big fan of.

No. Because I'd rather play Mass Effect, Gears of War, Infinite Undiscovery, Fable 2 and/or MGS4, Resistance, Disgaea 3, and God of War 3 than ALL Mario, Zelda, Metroid and Nintendo franchise titles combined.

Not saying that they're not good games, they just don't pull me in the same way those other titles do. *shrug*

Opinions don't make it fact. Besides, for the TC, most of the PS360 AAAs aren't even exlcusive (either multiplats or ported to PC).You have to factor in exclusives

PS3 has 9 AAAs, 2 AAAA, and the 360 has 17 AAA's and 1 AAAA, if you take out last gen games and virtual console games from the Wii you'll end up with 4 AAA's.

Well the Wii is a pretty good console to have since it features the motion sensor controller, but honestly it is not my favourite console. But it's good to try different and unique consoles.

Thank, among the clutter are a grand deal of gems to be played on the Wii. People simply look at what nobody would play, instead of seeing games like Zack & Wiki, De Blob, Boom Box, etc.

I know that PS3/360 are better than the Wii, but I still believe Wii is a good console and people can really have a good time playing its games.. its a matter of personal taste in games...
