Ok, what is the console graphics king now. Uncharted 2 still, or GoW III?

Some parts of GOWIII look better than UC2 but on the whole I say UC2 still has the edge.

No, but it clearly says CONSOLE graphics king. The last time I checked a PC is not a console, it's a PC. We all know Crysis is the best looking game ( I have it). It's just that some people act no other game has ever impressed them since, if not I feel sorry for them

Kratos is a more detailed character model than Drake however supporting cast and enemies look better in Uncharted 2. Overall God of War takes it for me; I 'got used to' Uncharted 2's graphics but with God of War 3 I was impressed till the end.

The problem is that Console Graphics King is valid while Console Exclusive isn't. Hypothetically, say Console Exclusive does become valid. Its not going to do anything in favor of the 360 if its not EXCLUSIVE. Console graphics king is just a simple way of saying best looking game on consoles.

2. Or when comparing the PS3 and 360 libraries directly, ME2 would be exclusively on the 360. Cows can't have it both ways.

It's their thread, whatever they want. :P We already know Crysis rules, so it's not much to talk about. PC's are not static hardware like consoles, they get upgrades every year, poor consoles will just never be able to keep up.:P
   

I still say Uncharted 2. God of War 3 looks amazing, but there are some blemishes. Its just trying to do to much.

Cows will claim they have gaming PC's to play PC/360 games on and so those games not being on the PS3 don't matter, but why then try to exclude them from graphics debates? Either PC counts or it doesn't and we all know its a valid system in SW, so having these types of threads is as ridiculous as lemmings posting an HD console sales thread and claiming to be #1 in sales.

I just take it to compare what console gamers have, and if people want to bring in Wii, they are free too. It just so happens, unlike last gen when these topics came up, we got GC, PS2, and Xboxers ragin...now it just so happens it's only PS3 and 360 gamres ragin', since Nintendo went a different route with the Wii's graphics.

I don't think the PC will ever have anything to worry about, as it will be Graphics King forever, just due to the awesome Nature of the PC beast. Maybe they should call it Console Graphics Queen? :P

I know that console devs and reviewers keep up the console graphics debate, and sites like Eurogamer, IGN, Gamepro, Game Informer, Gamespot, GameTrailers, G4, Neogaf, and Lens show that there is a huge interest in these types of comparisons...unfortunately.

I suppose devs like to see their hardwork pay off as well in both accolades and especially sales.:P

Sinse we are arguing semantics already: "console exclusive" is a valid term, just not in the way fanboys would like. Bayonetta and FFXIII are "console exclusives", Mass Effect 2 is not.

I have been gaming for ~25 years on PCs (starting on the Commodore 64) and consoles (starting with the Atari 2600) and there has always been a logical division between PC and Console games. SW fanboys like to pretend that it is something new.

How can there be more thanone graphics king, Crysis is the graphics king, wouldn't the game that ranks 2nd in graphics be the Graphics Queen if SW wants to use the monarchy style wording for everything.

I notice but not to a large degree. I only dislike repeating textures, or boring level design more so...and of course, Frame Rate drops. Those suck bad, depending on the game.:P It's all about gameplay for realz, but that's harder to argue about, I think in SW.:P
