music in games is often overlooked, but in presentation it is sometimes a dealbreaker. Sometime when playing Halo 3 and listening to the music I notice how much the music makes me like the game even more. Great stuff, I think Galaxy is gonna be a good title.

As for the tapping of feet, do you not know music? They do it to keep themselves in rythm witht he music, keep themselves in check with the flow. Not hard to understand...

well one of the best soundtracks of all time (halo 2) wasn't orchestrated. it still rocked though. The orchestration just gives an extra level of finesse to the sound quality. It all depends on the score.

i ment for this thread to be about the quality of the score, which obviously is a step beyond the regular scores in video games. it may be one of the firsts orchestrated nintendo games, but their quality shines through even there. there are no games on ps3 who have scores to rival this one. normaly its only some weak melodies to suit the action, not anything extensive.

The music in heavenly sword made me stop playing several times just to listen to it. Man even floptastic Lair has the most amazing score. Too bad you can't just listen without playing the awful awful game.

Alot of games have Orcherstrated Music these days its not that uncommon.

Its good quality ... but I dunno , doesnt feel very Mario to me.

I love the damage control here..

It's awsome get over it... So they weren't first to the table. Who cares the music is great... and just another aspect of this game that coming together to be amazing.
