It's a trailer that is coming out, not the actual game. Yes, Alan Wake has been in limbo. A lot of people were wondering if the game was even going to be release. Alan Wake has been a game that walked past you; and you just missed it by a few seconds. Fans for the longest time had only rumors or faint new to support the games slowly progressing development. The only thing that seemed firm was Microsoft, which would display the game in a montage of upcoming Xbox titles once in awhile. Even at E3 which the gameed absence from, MS reconfirmed fans that Alan Wake was still coming out.

This trailer is a pretty big deal to fans, since more information on Final Fantasy XIII has released then Alan Wake. And we all know that's bad. lol

They should've brought back "The Fathers". Doesn't make any sense how they just leave them out. Instead they chose to focus on the zombies hiding in the woods. It's like some weird spinoff or something. It's just dumb. Guess that's the risk when handing over a series to a different studio.

they are FICTIONAL. they are subject to the whim of developers and writers - they aren't some real tangible thing that should act and behave in a certain way.

Remedy is known for their long development cycles. Max Payne 2 had a decently fast turnaround, but Max Payne spent ages in development. Alan Wake seems to be caught in a similar situation.

Any new information would be wonderful.

wrong.. trailer was in Finnish Theaters yesterday.

However, it was ONLY in Finnish theaters. they haven't put it online yet. And god only knows when it WILL be online.
