If the PS3 never came equipped with a Blu-Ray drive, or if they at least gave you the option of getting one without, I'd probably have a PS3 right now. And I'm guessing it's the same for a lot of others. Sony's arrogance in wanting to push their Blu-Ray product at all costs and win the format war against HD-DVD is what buried the PS3.
Had they made the PS3's with Optional B.R. and wifi and listed it at 299.99 from day one; they would have sold 30 mil in the first year ! :)If the PS3 never came equipped with a Blu-Ray drive, or if they at least gave you the option of getting one without, I'd probably have a PS3 right now. Lemmings are jealous because Sony has many options to make a 100 dollar PS3 in 2009. Two more price drops in 2008, another one in 2009.DaysAirlinesAwesome 100$ ps3.
It ships with an empty box and wires
