BF3 would be the smartest choice.

It will always be BF3.

If I buy a military shooter this year, I'll only be buying one. I know BF3 will be the better game, but will it have the online community/longevity that MW3 will have? That's my dilemma.

Edit: Actually, MW3 is only going to last until the next one a year later anyway, so BF3 it is.

If I had to buy one, I would choose BF 3. Honestly, though, I'd just skip them both.

Bf3 makes MW3 looks like a last gen game.

BF3, because the team of MW3 think that they are amazing and changing their games a lot, when in reality it's the same BS gameplay they've had since MW2.

As a fan of previous battlefield games (particularly BF2), I was only planning on buying BF3 for PC. So the answer remains an obvious one, MW3 is not on my radar what so ever.
