whats worse is that the one who recieves massive ownage would be at a disadvantage on the next generation because if they follows the same console as they did this gen then they wont be able to boast as much.

I think 3rd party weren't expecting to have to do anything for the wii, but now how they can ignore it.

Even if the flopped console has good enough sales it would still be considered a flop when compared to the sales of the other two consoles.

    Actually, the GameCube sold most of its units after it dropped to $100, so the Wii is not following in its footsteps as of now.

Anyways, expect more games like Oopona or Elebits or Dewy's Adventure and not games like Resident Evil 5, Army of Two or Metal Gear Solid 4.

I agree, even though the Wii is just not my cup of tea at all, lol. Absolutely NO games on the horizon for the Wii that even remotely capture my interest, other than maybe Manhunt 2....but I plan on picking up the PS2 version of that particular little gem, lol. PS3 and the 360 will provide all I need, and then some for this gen. Sorry, but Nintendo died a LONG time ago for me. To each their own though.;)

As far as anyone getting "owned" this gen goes, what the hell? All 3 systems will survive the duration of this "console war", lol. I mean, honestly, as long as you are happy with your console/consoles of choice, what do you care how many they sold, or what place they come in? The only thing you should really care about is how many games that will be on the system/systems that you will like personally.
