Maybe. I never finished the first one, I remember it got cheap or something on a boss and I just gave up.
no, i bought ico/sotc collection and felt i wasted my money going back and playing old games with a facelift and if ico/sotc could not make me satisfied with a purchase i don't think anything will.
For me to re-purchase a game at $40 it'd have to be a game I really love.
Can't say I love Onimusha :P
Its pretty crazy how much better games are this gen compared to last gen. Even something as simple today as controls in an fps game or using the right stick for the camera were a mess last gen in most games. I remember the controls in SoTC being pretty bad.no, i bought ico/sotc collection and felt i wasted my money going back and playing old games with a facelift and if ico/sotc could not make me satisfied with a purchase i don't think anything will.

[QUOTE="WilliamRLBaker"]Aww baker has a man crush  Sorry no, Its more of a I wish that guy was my dad, *loved my own dad much love respect* but damn Jean Reno was the shit. Jean Reno=better ass kicker than Arnold, Chuck norris, jean claude, Seagal combined. The only ass kicker better is Liam Neeson and Bruce Willis.yep. just for Jean Reno.

Those games always were shit mechanically speaking, especially ICO with its mediocre as hell platforming, but relied heavily on atmosphere and artstyle. Now that the graphics aren't good, that atmosphere has washed away quite a bit. Still can be enjoyed by people out there that can be lenient towards outdated mechanics, until their unique design is surpassed (which hasn't been).Â
They weren't a mess at all on the OG Xbox controller.
I'd buy it, though I remember the first game only took about 2 hours to complete! 2 and 3 go down as classics in my book.
At a $20 price tag yeah, anything higher and it's asking to much. The Onimusha games were awesome but they aren't worth the $40 price tag of most HD collections.
