Online vs Multiplayer

I prefer online

only if it's a LAN party. 8 TV's/360's or 8 PC's. but one system? ONLINE.

Multiplayer will always be better because your friends/family are right there with you, not just some voice in a mic. It's also always a plus to beable to reach over and punch your friend when he kills you. My group does that alot...

Agree. System link/LAN is fine. Split-screen sucks tho.

split screen/local multiplayer is great. but as you get older it gets harder and harder for friends with jobs,wifes, kids and otherresponsibility to meet up. and when we do id rather meet down the pub than meeting up to play some mario kart.

online gaming makes it easy for me and my gaming friends to meet up a few times a week to chat and play a fav games together.

Split Screen Online (like Halo 3) > Split Screen > Online

This is the best MP experience you can get :D

I prefer multiplayer with friends because of those funny moments in a game where you and your friends can't stop laughing.

Online gives more competetiveness though.

Well, it really comes down to whether you'd rather play the game with a bunch of clueless immature dip****s who have no actual skill and just exploit the game to win easily, or people on the internet.
