Ya' know all i keep reading is The Wii sales are this much and they've sold more 3rd party titles thus far than PS3 and the 360 has more games...Man i gotta' tell ya' i love all this selective memory people have, how about this past holiday season when PS2 outsold everything and is still being manufactured to this day and sold with great success after 8 years on the market, while Microsoft and Nintendo bailed out on their last gen systems and fans of those systems.
Not to mention the PS3 is technologically made to last a minimum of 10 years at least, while the Wii, with it's already outdated hardware will most likely die off well before it hits the 5 year mark and Microsoft already admitted to the 360 only having a shelf life of about 5 years before they produce a new console and force their consumers to shell out another couple hundred dollars on another console and hundreds more on games for it.
That is if anyone will even follow Microsoft into another console after the 360's hardware nightmares, so in 2 years from now when the Wii has lost hits luster and everyone has had enough with it's dated graphics and has gotten past the cute little motion control fad and the 360 is retired while it's successor the 720 or whatever it will be called comes out with specs that might or might not exceed PS3 will force gamers into yet another costly console and game library.
All of us Sony PS3 fans will still be enjoying our console while it has more than hit it's stride and stretches it's legs for your companys next supposed competition of console wars, only difference being we'll have the massive game library and still be producing the most reliable hardware and gorgeous playing games on the market.
So enjoy your quantity of games and sales quotes now because the PS3 hasn't even begun to bare it's fangs, but when it does you can bet that the current Wii and 360 will be discontinued and no where to be found and their fans will be shelling out more money for their replacements.
