OPM Confirms Lost Planet 2 will be coming to the PS3

I'm still baffled as to why it took Capcom so long to announce the PS3 version, 360 timed exclusive is still on the table.

Wasnt it confirmed a few weeks ago?

FINALLY! Now all the people hyping it for not being on the PS3 will go away and we can get some genuine fans (like me). Im still suprised at when it was announced and hundreds of so called long term fans popped out of no where proclaiming it to be what they always wanted. Pity they werent there the countless times the first got bashed.

tis the sad truth :(. Some games are only loved/hyped beacuse there exclusive and then after they come out nobady cares about them. Like with my LBP

Only the most hardcore lemming would ignore the fact that it will end up on the PS3 sooner or later. I can't see why it shouldn't since LP1 have been ported. Now LP2 might get some more attention on the PS3..danish-death

All major Capcom games on this gen will come out for x360, PS3 and PC, period. PS3 and PC will have Lost Planet 2 too.

It's a timed exclusive? Do you work for Capcom? They are mainly a multiplat company, but they've made plenty of exclusives:

360: Dead Rising

Wii: Resident Evil: Wii Edition, Dead Rising: CTYD, Monster Hunter 3

PSP: Monster Hunter Freedom

Stop acting like you know everything.

It'll be on PC and PS3 as well. Only a very naive person would think otherwise.

why do you think they only announced a xbox360 version so that fanboys start the fight which means more hype and suddenly there it is a ps3 version...

Capcom = multiplat friendly.

It still remains to be seen if LP2 is going to actually be good, since the first one was mediocore.
