Orange Box: it has proven gameplay and is outrageously fun. You get excellent FPS, puzzle, and mp games all in one box.
Mass Effect: This game is being hyped on graphics (I understand why) and dialogue choices (I don't know why) it looks great but may have so-so gameplay and I don't think it will dethrown KOTOR as Bioware's premier sci-fi rpg.
That would depend on how ME turns out. Even then you cant say. It like asking which was Better Civ 4 or Gears of War. Two COMPLETELY different games that cannot be directly compared.
