Original PS2.. Best looking console ever made

I was at gamestop and saw a original PS2 console and I forgot how sexy that console was.. Its by far the best looking console ever made.. Even today it still has that "state of the art" look to it, it has aged extremely well. The black with the blue PS2 font looks fantastic, it just looks so.. awesome. Thats what I love about sony's Playstation consoles, they just age so well.. hell even the PSone still looks ok even to this day, but nothing can compare to how the original PS2 looks. I dont care for how the PS2 slim looks, it looks more like a toy.

Na i disagree. The original ps2 didnt look half as nice as the limited edition blue, satin silver and white ones, but ps3 still remains the sexiest console to date imho

I think you forgot the "IMO" part in your title. Playstation consoles always look ugly to me. For me, I think the DC looked the best.

Before this, I would agree that the glossy black PS3 was the best looking console. Now I would definitely say I like the matte white more, and I love the pink Lightning. I normally hate the color pink, but something about this just makes me love it. I think pink suits Lightning much better than red or blue would.

I actually think the Wii is probably the most convenient and best looking console ever. Its small, makes hardly any noise and looks very clean neat, not only that but its durable. Say what you want about the games but looks wise, the Wii is a great looking console.

WTF do I know??? I thought the PS3 Boomerang controller was sexy as hell. Consolewise I like the look of the PS1 slim.

This from the company Sony, that makes some of the best looking consumer AV equipment available. Tears must have been coming down the faces of Sony's usual designers, while execs were screaming keep SCE away. :cry:

I think if that Panasonic Q was released in the UK, I would have payed extra and bought that over the GC, just because of the looks, even if I already have a DVD player.

The original Playstation 2 looks was okay, it was nothing special in my opinion. The Playstation 3 slim looks alot better for me and even the Nintendo Wii looks better to be honest.

Simple, yet sophisticated.

The original PS2 went from "omg high tech" to completely outdated design in 3 years.

PStwo is alright but Sony's best looking home console is by far, the PSone...
