there's only one problem, killzone 3 doesn't release this year.
i'm equally excited for it as I am for reach and black ops, really not favoritism for me.
and melee should never 1 shot unless it's from the back.

oh really? my bad
Yup, and KZ2 looked the best (which I do not agree with, but whatever), but very few people played it and only cows talked about it, jamming it down everyones throats as the best this and that. I see the same for KZ3. The problem with KZ is that is does not have an identity. It does nothing on its own. All of the features and cool things in the game have been done already, and in most cases better.
Shame that KZ3 will be forgotten faster than KZ2 was when Crysis 2 is released a month after it.CuteCakesCrysis has a fanbase on ps3?
i disagree, its nothing close to garbage, it still looks fun, we just need to see more, as of now Reach looks better if it was on ps3 (no need to unlock multplayer if on ps3)Killzone 3 looks like garbage, as does Black Ops. Halo looks by far the best.

Technically it looks solid, but as a game? Meh. Space Nazi Midgets in trenchcoats, "gritty" atmosphere, annoying, "use a swear word in every sentence" characters, do not want.

You're right. There's no way someone should 1 shot kill someone with melee from the front.
Well...unless they do this >>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APnIz105dAg then it's totally okay. :D
I understand COD and Halo, but Crysis 2? I hardly think Guerrilla have anything to loose sleep over. Crysis 2 IMO is getting way too much hype. The graphics not only inferior to Killzone 3 (the only thing crysis 2 has going for it IMO), the game looks by far the least fun to play out of all of them. It doesnt even look fun lol, it just looks like they took MW2 and put nanosuits and robots in it, and somehow made it MORE bland.Killzone 3 is in a rough spot. It comes out a couple of months after Halo and COD and 1 month before Crysis 2.
That's not a good release window.

Ive been having sleeping trouble, so I might need to buy this game because the GGTV footage sure as hell was putting me to sleep.

Yeh, maybe they should add 150ms of aimlag.I understand COD and Halo, but Crysis 2? I hardly think Guerrilla have anything to loose sleep over. Crysis 2 IMO is getting way too much hype. You haven't much of either game to back that statement up.Owning all systems for the win! (Wii excluded). Though I think Halo: Reach looks like the better game in terms of depth and simple playability, I think Killzone 3 looks fantastic and look forward to picking it up when it releases in the spring. Reach and Killzone are quite different games in terms of first person shooters though.

Yeh, maybe they should add 150ms of aimlag. That would suck for them, considering Guerrilla games is REMOVING it in Killzone 3 ;)
i felt the same way about Killzone 2 before it came out.
after release, this is how i felt::?:x:cry::evil:
IMO KZ sucked big time(like 3.0 territory) and KZ2 blew it away which isn't hard to do. What I like about Kill Zone 2 is that it brings out new game play mechanics and works different from other FPS. I don't think other FPS can be directly compared to it and although I didn't enjoy the campaign as much as Halo 3, I easily enjoyed it as much as ODST's campaign. It looks like from what I've seen Kill Zone 3 will have some very interesting mechanics that further distance itself from all those other generic FPS games. I honestly wasn't very excited about Kill Zone 3 before because I mostly heard 3d!3D!3D! Which just doesn't appeal to me considering I don't have a 3d tv and I don't want to wear those glasses anyways. When I was looking at what it does with move I was very impressed and interested in seeing how this will work and I know it's not going to be like Red Steel 2(my current FPS obsession) or anything but I think it's as close to it as I'll get on PS3.
