Overlord in developmnt 1 yr longer on PS3, still falls well short of 360 version

Highlights include the usual PS3 graphics & performance gripes:

The game runs very poorly. Framerate is often an issue...Loading times are also noteworthy because they're obnoxiously long...this game looks borderline embarrassing...the single-player campaign ...became "unplayable" due to these technical issues

codemasters did fine with PS3 on their other games....

Actually, thats the UK Score. The US Score scored a 6.6. By the way, I'm talking about the 360 version.

To summarise: the TC lied. He did not compare US scores, even though the 360 version still won.

lol 1 year longer it only took them 1 year to port it. they wee not devoloping the game at the sametime.

ps 3 is the better version it says it in the review it just that a year later the game looks stail.

so the lower score explains it that 6.6 to 6.1 = 1 year stail even though the ps 3 is the better game.

So not only was the TC deceiving with comparing the scores, he also tries to mislead by saying that the PS3 version was in development "1 year LONGER" than the 360 version when in reality, it wasn't in development longer than the 360 version, it was just ported 1 year LATER. Huge difference.

I love it when noobs come into SW & think they're just gonna float any piece of info & expect that everyone isn't going to know better or the truth of the matter. Gotta do better than that TC if you wanna hang with the big boys in SW! Priceless :lol:

Well the framerate problems can be attributed to the weaker PS3 hardware, especially the graphics card.bungie93
