Yea, I was one of those beta testers. It was a fun beta, I already have the game preordered.

1. I never stated this was not multiplat. I'm not sure how you 3 ran on this premise. Why do you guys make things up?

2. Whats wrong with high levels of competitive gaming with normal people? It doesn't have to be E-sports, which is awesome too btw.

3. Since you goons brought it up, yes, this will most assuredly be better played on PC, and with a much larger player base. Many classes are trash without KB/M.

The PC version will be balanced and updated separately from the console counterpart. The PC version is going to be the main platform for competitions as far as we know.

That being said, nothing he stated suggested he wasn't saying this was a multiplatform game.

well thats a big move. Unless they were already playing CSGO on the side they would have to completely purge any tactics/habits they used in COD.

If it wasn't for the open beta, I most likely wouldn't have purchased Overwatch. Due to playing the beta, I got hooked after a couple days in. I already preordered the 40$ version. A little under 2 weeks left to wait but I somewhat feel like I'm a child in anticipation for Christmas or something like that.

I like that the game has an ultimate ability along with other unique skills per each character. It gives each fight more variety depending on who your team mates and enemies are at the time.

My only problem that I hope is adjusted for competitive or ranked play even if it's not done for quick play is to limit how many duplicates of a hero each team can have. So maybe like 2 or 3 of a specific hero max per team. A team going 6 of the same hero while yes it can be easily countered, it kind of ruins the immersion of being up against many different kinds of abilities for me. Playing against 6 Soldier 76s, 6 Bastions, or 6 McCrees is just weird in my opinion.

But yeah, less than 2 weeks before we all get to start playing it again (for whoever bought a copy). The hype is real for me.

You could see this game being huge from far away. It offers everything a competitive team based shooter should have and its easy to spectate (important for espots).

Well good for them. I think it's decent-ish. I shant be buying it on release, but I may look at it some time down the line if they add a bunch of stuff or discount it.

As much fun as it would be to see console CoD kids getting destroyed in CS:GO, Faze CS:GO roster is made out of known CS:GO pros that got left behind after the seasonal roster changes.

Cool. The beta worked well. I'm probably getting it since my friends are. I find the game really boring without friends, and really fun with friends.

I had a lot of fun in the beta. I might trade uncharted 4 toward it once i finish the campaign a 2nd time

Really ? I got bored in like an hour , after 2 game was gone from my drive.

I didn't like it at first either but there is a learning curve and you need to play with different characters. Once it all clicked it became pretty addictive. It took me longer than a couple hours to really get a grasp for the different play styles of the characters.

The power of advertising. I didn't know anything about the beta until it was on my dashboard. It's a great game, though. The world of e-sports needed a shooter like this. All of the moba nonsense is boring, imo...

Pretty sure TC is yet another NYaDC alt lol.

Loved the game! Good to see that so many played it.

I couldnt bare the non-stop zerginess and randomness , very limited maps that felt okish and kinda similar let alone modes , some characters felt underwhelming. I dont know , maybe its me

Enjoyed it thoroughly but I don't see myself playing much solo queue or getting into the competitive side of it. So I'll wait to purchase it whenever it feels right to. Blizzard actually put out something pretty incredible though and at launch.

Don't take it to heart, this is a forum with people claiming a 10 hour popping gallery is the best game ever because its like a film.... and has good graphics.

CS:GO and TF2 were "multiplats" as well, but overwatch will be another example of why consoles are absolutely s*it for shooters, their community and the controls... if it isn't as simple as CoD then it wont last 10 seconds.
