Paragon possibly on the X1..

I'm playing the alpha right now and I'm really enjoying it, very similar to Smite. Hope it does come to the X1 with cross play across all platforms.. The more people playing the game the better in my opinion.

Yup, game is fun. Been playing the Alpha the past week or so. It's pretty tight, even at a sub-HD res it looks great for what is all going on.

Who's mistaken? I never said anyting about the resolution cause I don't give a crap about that, they said it's 900p, not me.

Typical fanboy reaction, they don't care anything about the game, they just want to argue that it's 1080p LOL..... Too Funny.

Nope, it is 900p. The UI is 1080p though.

That's an asinine comment, MOBA's shouldn't be on the X1 or PS4, explain why?

Because when I think "moba" I think of high precision,speed, tactics, critical team communication, and high skill caps. I envision some of the most intensely competitive gaming out there. That's what I desire from a moba.

A moba on consoles won't have that, and making consoles any sort of priority for moba development is a lost cause to me. But that's probably what Paragon is going for. They won't compete with the likes of Dota 2 or LoL on consoles.

I like LOL for MOBA's, but I dont feel like buying a founders pack for early access with this. If its good and I like it I'll buy some things I'm sure.

You can think of the same things with FPS but they thrive on the PS4 and X1 also don't they? MMO's are starting to arrive on them as well so to think any genre of games should be exclusive to the PC is shortsighted. No genre of games should be exclusive to 1 platform in this day and age when gamers want to play any and all types of games.

Smite was the game that put me on MOBA's. I still play that game hardcore on the X1 and one of my most played online games this gen. I'm looking for more to get into and Paragon is shaping up to be good so far.

Seriously? This is the game given to us by the makers of Unreal Engine? Gears of War? They can't do better?

Do better? What is wrong with the game? I have been playing it for a week and a half the controls are solid, and it's been a ton of fun. Were you having connections issues?

Have you played the game to make that comment? Lemme guess, you want them to make another shooter right? Just stick to making the same type of game over and over again smh.

I do think the same way for FPS games. I won't waste my time "competitively" playing a console FPS for the same reasons.

And the last good MMO was WoW pre-Litch King. A WoW benefitted immensely from mouse and keyboard. That was some of the best PvP in gaming. It doesn't seem like any MMO focuses on PvP these days, and what they do have is Worlds less complex than what WoW was known for long ago.

As far as single player and coop goes playing on consoles is fine. The highest skill competitive titles in those 3 genres are PC territory, and for me personally, I don't get out of bed for babby's first multiplayer gaming. I don't really care if these genres are on consoles. Anyone else can enjoy them, but it often alienates me given what I want from multiplayer.

Well seeing that I'm not a PC player, I'm glad all genre of games and spread across all the platforms now.
