why buy a second PC when you can just get a new console? It seems pretty silly... I enjoy playing PC games but the vast majority of games arne't really designed for the living room. The fact that I need multiple inputs just to get into a game cluttering up the living room is stupid and that a lot of games don't work well, either the UI wasn't designed for the further viewing distance or doesn't have controller mapped pictures so when turtorials or quick time events still pop up keys your basically guessing your way through it.Â
Also PC can eat shit sometimes. The superior experience at 60fps1080p but its also highly more likely that the game will be released directly into a wall when it constantly bursts into flames while playing. This is my biggest gripe with PC gaming, its not worth buying games on release date since the majority aren't tested with all different configurations and thats when dev's find out it doesn't work on x/y/z machines.Theres something great about console games where the majority just work, you can pop it in, start to play, and 6 hours later feel happy. PC gaming you can pop it in, play at a superior framerate, then it crashes, so you play again, and it crashes, then you tweak some settings, and it crashes, then you go to forums, and it crashes, then you play agian and it crashes, then you go to forums and find out patches are in the works because community is enraged. 6 hours later you are not happy, and generally are like wtf, this happens with every other game I play and I still buy them expecting them to just work.
