pc gamer announces top 100

Civilization 4 represent!! Also good to see some extremely good flash games on that list(*looks at N*) Why on earth is Elder Scrolls 4 oblivion on this list though...really now?

The number 1 is....interesting, but I'm willing to bet that 5 years from now people will agree with the number 1.

So I open part 1 and the first thing I see is StarCraft at #100, to then scroll down and see Just Cause at #95 and Fable at #94. Is the rest worth seeing, or is that pretty indicative of the quality of this list?

Sweet to see Deus Ex up there high as well as TF2 I gotta admit.

When I first saw the 100-75 I was like what is this, but afterwards it falls more in line(except for Oblivion).

I agree, team fortress 2 and Bioshock is ridicules. Halflife-Baldur's Gate-System shock 2 should be in the top 5.

For the top 10 I can only agree that TF2 and Deus Ex belong in that area.

I would say Torment, but I haven't played it.

So in light of this, why isn't the original Doom on the list, when SWAT 4, Peggle, Just Cause, UT3, Tomb Raider Anniversary and GRID are? That game is still one of the most played online games, and it's almost 5 years old...Way above TF2, Oblivion or...Hitman? seriously?

Yeah, I should have kept reading the replies, someone finally mentioned that it wasn't a top 100 list, but merely a list of the games that they like to play the most. That's what I get for trusting people in SW.

No, it's the Pc Gamer staffs opinion. The user one is being voted for now at pcgamertop100.com

And it seems people still think this is a best 100 list, turns out some people don't think starcraft is as fun as 99 other games *shock horror* It's just 100 games, they find fun... People can't read that (since myself and others have said above), and I doubt this will be read either. I like the list, agree with most of the choices :)
