Hey there gamers, before i start, believe u me im not here for starting flames, i just got home from work and got a bit confused and left a whole drama scene with my co-workers and wanted some pro openions from u guys, i just recently builted a brand new Gaming PC, and got the best parts i could find on new egg and dropped some heavy cash not for the hell of but to make sure ill be good for while and not need to upgrade, i use to play wow for couple years till 2 weeks ago and i use do all my gaming on ps3, xbox360.....

when i quit wow i started getting some of the games i had for my consoles on my PC like Moder Warfare 2, Borderlands, Dragon Age, Bioshock, Fallout 3, Mass Effect 2, etc... and come to think of it to my eyes they look so much better ( again i said to my eyes ) that when i went back and played the same game on console it looked like a downgrade for me, so i decide to play all FPS/RTS/RPG games on my pc and rest of the categories on my consoles, here when the drama begins, i explained the entier thing to my co-workers and they called me dumb for playing games on pc, that PCs need upgrades every 3-6 months and there is no diffrence between pc and console in frame per secound/performance and so on, and i kept argueing the diffrence but they wouldn't get what i was trying to say....and we all work in tech field and they still blindly put my points down and call it madness for investing in gaming rig.

dont u guys think that i made the right choice? btw i have my video card hooked up to my monitor and 40' lcd at the same time for easy switch between the 2, i mean when i sit behind my pc and play MW2 it just gives me a whole diffrent feel and experience, so what do u guys think? share ur taughts with me and again im still gonna be playing console for all the action/sport/racing games.

I play multiplats on PC, and exclusives on the consoles. That's just natural if you've got a gaming rig.

Consoles can have a max FPS of 30frames a second (iirc) and only have 512 RAM. the myth of 'upgrading a PC every 3-6 months" is utter BS. do remind them that a they HAVE to buy the new console once theirs gets dropped buy their company (MS dropped the Xbox 1 like a used transmision within days of launch) a PC you can upgrade when you choose (i want mine to be as up to date as possible, but i keep my old parts just incase. The only thing bad about PC gaming is the retarded DRM that Ubi is trying out, and how Activision is trying to shaft us PC gamers. But i'll leave this to teh more experianced PC users to explain.

Yeah, custom DRM schemes suck, that's why I try to buy games from Steam. And about activision - MW2 on PC has the same features the console versions have.

Which is bad. We don't want matchmaking, everygame that i own that has matchmaking takes over 2 min to find a game (DoW2, RF:guerilla, AVP classic 2000, MW2 cause of freeweekend. w00t get to play for 2 hours casue of the "preload" they gave us). Theers a bunch of others but i don't have them installed.

I hate matchmaking myself, but still there are many great games with normal server browser. As for MW2 I mean't that PC version is superior graphically and identical feature-wise to console versions, so it's not that bad.
