PCPP Review Scores! Fallout 3, Far Cry 2, Dead Space, Crysis Warhead

Sorry if this has already been posted but new PCPP came out and here are some review scores:

Far Cry 2 - 10

Fallout 3 - 9

Dead Space - 7

Crysis Warhead - 7

I'll post others when I get my copy (I only saw a store copy today, mine hasn't come yet...)

EDIT: I got my issue, I'll put the three pros and cons of each one here:

Far Cry 2:

Pros- Immersive Open World, Great AI, Sneak-tastic!

Cons- Can get repetative, Filler side missions, Console elements

Fallout 3:

Pros- Brilliant art direction, So much content!, Three Dog. Yeah! (???)

Cons- Odd character physics, No timed autosave, Map isn't too clear

Dead Space:

Pros- Innovative combat elements, Strong art direction, Interesting weapons

Cons- Cookie-cutter storyline, Thinly veiled key-hunting, Grotesque violence

Crysis Warhead:

Pros- Awesome explosions, More freedom, Good technical improvements

Cons- Noticeabely short, PLays it safe, Character exploration a bit shallow

Mercs 2 got a 7 and Brothers in Arms got an 8 as well. :)

I think dead space is atleast a 8.5. maybe even a 9. I really like it. really looking for far cry 2 tho.white_jaguar

Agreed. I got Dead Space yesterday and it definatly deserves more than a 7 (OMX gave it a 6.5!). I would give it a 9.

Nice score on Fallout... maybe I might actually pick up my pre-order. Right now things are a little shifty with my purchase on that one.

This is the PC version though and apparently it's meant to have terrible controls...

Critics can judge everything in a game.

They can compare graphics to all versions. See FEAR for the PS3 for example.

No they cant. I has to take into consideration, the hardware limits. We can't expect it to look like Crysis on console.

definitely. controls and lets not forget framerate can vastly affect a game for me. I honestly wouldnt even be hyped for this game what so ever if I didnt have a good pc. I have a 360 but i would never get it on 360 if i didnt have the pc i do.

im pretty sure pcpp is pc power play or somethin like that. so yeah. i wouldnt get dead space on pc. tps just dont feel right unless its like max payne.

A LOT of people say toherwise. Controls and graphics are ver yimportant and valid parts of a video game. If the weren't, we would be playing with a joystick in 8-bit GFX. Don't be so close minded on these things just because the PC can do them better.

I laughed when I read that. They don't seem to get that it's a horror game. :P
