people keep saying no games on the ps3?

there are games and there very good so what 360 has 100+ games coming out u honestly cant tell me you are going to purchase all of them. there are 70 ps3 games coming out before january 1st and im only gonna purchase 7 out of 70 of them same goes for the 360 and same for wii. who cares how many games it has or is coming out. ok im done serously tell me how all this there are no games on it there are solid titles on ps3 that will keep u playing for a while,yes there are some on 360 ie halo 3 gears of war bioshock,blue dragon, mass effect is coming out and it looks amaizng me i currently no longer own a 360 and i owna wii that is about to be sold soon. my ps3 is on the way. wii will have great titles to super mario galaxy, resident evil uc etc.

They are both steaming piles, so no. But nothing great was expected of them they were minor titles for the system. Unlike Lair for the PS3 which managed to equal the incredible score set by Pimp My Ride. You clearly missed the first line of Hongkingkong's post and missed the point.

Are we talking about hype in this thread? We're talking about people sayting the PS3 has no games and the quantity of games each system has. I am well aware of Lair floppage in SW hype threads. hongkingkong said that having more games gives you a greater chance of finding something you enjoy. Where does hype come into that.

And that's why I took off my sig. Not because I thought it was false. Every link I had in my sig was true. Every 360 game I mentioned WAS delayed. When the say the PS3 doesn't have any games, they mean the PS3 doesn't have any good games. The PS3 doesn't have there version of a "Gears of War"-like game that establishes the console (I don't mean gameplay wise...just in hype). They've had the version short and low-valued Heavenly Sword, the hard-flopping Lair, and Resistance that was hyped way to much for it's own good.

It's not how many games..it's how many GOOD games...and the ps3 falls behind.

And while everything he says is not totally without merit. To me exclusives are small potatos compared to crap PS3 multiplats. I always buy the 360 versions for the graphical and XBL advantage you get 85% of the time.

Don't get me wrong exclusives are important but those are only around once in awhile while a multiplat advantage comes into play constantly.

Even games that are (arguably) better on PS3 have drawbacks like no downloads on Oblivion for example.
