People still like XBOX 360 because...

Let's put it this way. I win a trip to Florida at a three-star hotel and everything is paid for. Now, my friend pays for his trip to Florida and stays in a five-star hotel and pays for everything. Who is going to have the better trip? Yeah my friend had to pay for things and maybe I saved more money than he did, but would I pay that extra cash to get the better experience? Absolutely

To me, the online for the 360 is vastly superior to the online for the PS3. When I play a game over Xbox Live, I feel the teamwork. Over PSN, its like playing with bots because no one talks. Also I would pay for PSN is the downloads and updates were at least half the speed of xbox live.

IMO, live is no better than psn. I only payed for it because I wanted to play L4D2, Forza 3, and Halo online.

ive got both the ONLY truely good difference is friend party chat and organization... and thats about it really the rest is just as crapy as the rest

Sorry, that made me laugh. No one can be serious about that after playing MW2. The only real difference between XBL and PSN is organization and Cross-Game Chat.

I enjoy being able to talk with friends while im playing whatever game im playing.I have a ps3 and i swear my friends and i can rarley ever hear each other while playing a game on that damn system.Live just works better and is very user friendly.I also have a bigger friends list on live were i only know like 2 people on psn.Live gets most content earlier than psn as far as map packs go so why would i buy multiplats on ps3 over xbox when most of my friends own 360's and i get updates earleir.The experience is worth the little 50 bucks a year i pay.I dont even notice the fee i pay for live because its basically nothing.

the biggest problem is the RRoD , how can anyone still like it wz the possibility of sudden break at any min. ??? it's a great console regardless, but its exclusives aren'y my type.

I second this. Saying either system has a great online community is simply laughable. Call of Duty on any platform has a horrible community

Without Live there to set the standard, PSN would be more like Wii online.

Dunno man i play on Xbox live and the people who use microphones are mostly people that are complaining or kids who are yelling in it.
Which is very annoying, i just prefer to mute those people.
No idea how it is on the PS3.
But the community on both has his downsides etc. ( thats the online community )

I still play my 360 because one) it has games I like that aren't on PS3, 2) I have about 50 or so 360 games, and there's no way I'm selling any of 'em and 3) Because I use all my consoles regardless of what "features" one may have. I don't even play on Xbox LIVE or PSN so that part of the argument is moot for me.

Yes, in the long term it's more expensive but Live takes PSN and craps all over it.

The controller is great for all types of games, but amazing for shooters especially.

Looks nicer.

Games are still a bit cheaper.

I'm really amazed people still think the 360 isn't a great console. What is this, 2005? It has the largest amount of A+ scoring titles on a console this gen, and it's online service has yet to be surpassed in the console field. Thanks for trying.
