nope its a non-profit mod, which makes it legal as long as its not sold, and doesnt use the real games code.

Believe me, every single Nintendo character has made it in some mod or another.

*I think you can tell right away that Nintendo didnt make that game.

well, understandably that Mod is much more complex, since its a single player mod, and from what I hear, they seem to be recreating the original game in almost every single way.

I dont remember the exact reason being ever given, but It was generally believed to be because MS was making their own Halo RTS, which as it turns out is true.

That being the case, their have been many Halo Mods, made, many many Nintendo mods made, and many others.

How is it illegal? It's a NON-PROFIT mod. One of the greatness of community mods: licensed material. If the possibility of a shutdown was going to happen, it would've happened a LONG time ago.

ANYTHINGS better than THAT game. I cannot wait for PD0. I am gonna play it so much. This better get a ton of support, cause if it is completely empty like Goldeneye Source was, im gonna be ticked! Although this has much much better production. LOOK AT THE LEVEL DESIGNS! They look incredible.

I really think this website should rate at least major mods....

right now.. multiplayer. they will make singleplayer once they work on the multi enough (ie add all the guns.. add bots)

Your information is faulty. They shut it down because of Halo Wars. PDS wont get shut down.

this sint gonna be just some rehash. they are reinventing the whole thing! from weapon models to characters to maps. everything has been totally overhauled. Health isnt as high as it used to me either.
