I've played both RS and PDZ. I liked RS more because of the fun new control scheme. PDZ was way too slow and clunky for me. I haven't played R:FOM, but I'm sure it's better than RS, but I haven't played it so my vote goes to RS.

My vote goes to resistence. Red Steel looks like it plays like garbage and the devs only put a year and a half of dev time on it.... I have PDZERO and it sucks bad. I cant believe it got a 9. whatever on here. Shoulda got a 7.9. SO im guessing resistence is better than both the pieces of trash. It has to be because pdzero is the worst fps i have played. Its no where near like PD64 or even nearly as fun/engaging/.

Yeah, PD64 IS better, but I still found PDZ to be fun when I played it.

Yeah, PD64 IS better, but I still found PDZ to be fun when I played it.

I mean at first your like, "Wait! This is like perfect dark at all!" then your like, "O.k i'll give it a try." after a few days of playing it whilst vomiting you finally decide not to play with garbage again...... My bro liked it though. I still for the life of me can't figure out why.

I think a lot of people dislike Red Steel because of the score. Sure it took a while for me to enjoy but when I eventually did, I loved it. Of course, gamers have different perceptions of games, so I don't expect many people to take me seriously.

R:FoM I would have gone with PDZ, had they fixed the damn control scheme. it was rediculously difficult to aim, and to have to deal with shooting armor of before killing someone made a difficult task even harder. PDZ probably would have owned with a KB&M, but it was too hard to be consistent for me.

I played Red Steel once and that was more than enough for me to decide that I never want to play the game again. I feel that Perfect Dark Zero gets a bad rap, I mean sure the story is bad and it can feel a little clunky at first, but once you get used to the controls the game is actually very fun and has a very good online component. I haven't played Resistance so I can't comment on it.

Resistance was actually a good game. :|

As were the other two as I've said...... Resistance is like the only thing I'd want to play on the PS3 when that thing does launch here.........

Resistance is the only great game of the 3 imo.  Perfect Dark and Red Steel could be fun for multiplayer but overall were dissapointing.

I havent played Resistance but I already know its better then Red Steel and PDZ. Red Steel was pure garbage, Ubisoft really made a terrible game there. And PDZ was ok, nothing special.

Call of Duty 2 was a better launch FPS for Xbox 360. It should of been included in the list. IMO it blows resistance out of the water. Resistance was a poor man's Call of Duty.

Red Steel. It was messy, but lots of fun once you got the controls down. Plus, the multiplayer is deceptively fun. By contrast, PDZ is a nauseating mess which befouls the good name of it's predecessor. And I've only played the demo of Resistance, so I can't really comment on it, but it just felt so generic and derivative I couldn't stand it. Technically proficient, but soulless, which really drives me away.

Looks like Sony has the best Exclusive FPS of the next generation. For a console that almost specialises in shooters the 360 certainly is not doing well in the exclusive FPS. It will change though when Halo 3 comes out.
