its bs i think, not too long ago konami announced how superior the ps3 was going to be over the 360 version, maybe they were talking about the next PES game coming out next year.

I think Konami is just wating for the upcoming surge of more ps3 owners next year due to ps3 price cuts.

Surge of PS3 owners? It's STILL costlier than the 360 and Wii and has none of the highly rated nor desired games this holiday season. If anything, it's going to lose more ground this season and won't begin to make up any ground until FF or MGS4 comes out (both now no sooner than 2nd quarter 2008), and even then, only if those games stay exclusive. If either goes multiplat, the PS3 is gonna flatline.

So far the supposed system saviors Lair, Motorstorm, Heavenly Sword, Ratchet & Clank, and Warhawk haven't exactly flown off of the store shelves (nor the console itself).

Konami should do themselves a favor and make MGS4 multiplat with a 360 and Wii version. There's not enough install base with the PS3 to justify its exclusivity. Assuming a 50% attach rate, it'll sell a million in the USA? Halo 3 sold 3 million in a few days (with less than a 50% attach rate).

TO BE HONEST MATE, my ps3 plays it fine until its shows replays and other non playable parts, the game play its self has been free from frame rate issues for me
