planet explorer the coolest pc exclusive you dont know about

planet explore is a pc exclusive game thats part spore and part minecraft.

players build a outpost an explore the randomly selected (but pre-generated) world their given. players goals are simply. map and explore your world while expanding the outpost. creatures range in size, nature and styles. there are creatures that are naturally tame but just happen to be so big that running into your mudhut for example, and leveling it is an inevitability such as this big thing:

I had a similar idea for a game, unfortunately I lack the artisitic skills to pull it off and none of my programming buddies had any artistic skills either.

The premise sounds amazing though. Exploring a truly alien world with randonly generated terrian and creatures. That's the kind of thing I would spend my childhood imagining.

It's working now but it's pretty dumb, even for an alpha :p

Been playing the alpha, obvious bugs aside this game has potential.

It is gonna be way better than minecraft.

Im going to try this! I need a change from all the call of duty games and CoD clones this gen is full of. I always thought originality makes a better game.
