Should I sell my xbox 360 premium console for a playstation 3 or should i keep my 360 ??joshim982003
depends what games you want.
ull be dissapointed if u do. ull have a console with no games till '08, so u basically traded ur 360 for a blu ray player. thats what i think, seeing as how my ps3 is getting dustier every day. im actually thinking about modding it to a george foreman and posting pics....... atleast that way ill get some use out of it.OpticalCanine
*He doesn't Really Own A PS3*
Got that out of the way, what kinds of games are you interested in?
I would just stick with the 360, and get a PS3 once their is a price drop IMO
Don't do it
I would say the same for PS3 owners also
Never trade in your console for another current gen one... especially this early in the gen life
you will regret it
what are the choices of games???joshim982003
ps3 will have more and better games, but you will have to wait for them.
examples, (only counting exclusives)
graw2(has new stuff)
beautiful katamari,
ninja gaiden sigma,
the agency
transformers(w00t)
metal gear solid 4
haze
the darkness
ratchet and clank
heavenly sword
warhawk
killzone2
final fantasy xiii
final fantasy xiiiversus
plus, you have the entire ps2 library(virtually)
and free online and a free blu-ray player.
Well After this year the 360 gaming lineup will be slowly dieing, but not dead. And has this year progresses for the PS3 it will pull ahead in cool games to play by the end of 2007. And then 2008 2009 2010 its all PS3. If last gen is an example then we all know that the PS2 had 20 good games to ever 1 good game on the xbox.
And the guys talking about the PS3 drought? Well, thats ending at the end of this month. Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Darkness, Rainbow 6. Then Lair, Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted all in this year plus the countless other games not mentioned yet. OH yea and Socom is coming around November.
As far as games worth playing now: Motorstorm, Resistance, Elder scrolls, Tekken DR, Mortal Kombat 2 online,
Thats well over 1,500 bucks in games and a system right there.

You said exclusives so I thought I'd fix it off the top of my head.
Personally, the 360 has a larger library of good games.0starter0
Forgotten games. Why are they forgotten? Because during 360's first year, I had PS2 games that were just as much fun. Final Fantasy 12 and what not held me for the PS3.

Currently it's a bit difficult to argue against his statement actually, far more AAAs and AAs. Already a good selling point, it has a well established library of games. It also has two of the most anticipated games of the year still to come with Halo 3 and Mass Effect. Personally I'd stick with the 360 and wait until the PS3 has a decent sized library to keep you entertained before buying one.
