already been debunked on the NEOGAF forums folks....good news for everyone. the scoop is that this is info from current PS4 dev kits, which have bloated OS sizes thanks to developer tools. they also only have the standard 8gb of ram due to them not being finalized dev kits, when dev kits generally provide larger ram sizes to accomidate for the bloated dev tools.
