Look at the source in the article. Looks like a kid made that chart and on top of it all, does amazon just give these numbers out anyway?

I have been looking at this chart for awhile noticing the labels on the top left are missing Xbox combined and their bundles as well as the Wii u, because why would amazon, if they DID give numbers, only relase them for two consoles, when amazon also had the Ouya stock revealed months ago as well as the Wii U's?

Yes, they do. Stock numbers were available when this was going on and I posted a graphic here AS IT WAS HAPPENING. Same results, same reality. PS4, in all of its various SKUs, sold out before the One's single SKU and smaller supply did.

The chart is incomplete, however. The One did finally sell out. Maybe 30 minutes after the final PS4 sold.

According to that chart ps4 sales took a nose dive, Xbox sales staying consistent

The graph is created from Amazon sales between 14:30 and 17:30 on 12/21/2013. It's a small segment of time, to be sure, but it's a nice sales comparison for one retailer. Your denial is backed up by ... ?

Not surprising. Only lems in denial believed the XBone was selling on par, everyone else knew the PS4 was kicking the Xbone's butt on Amazon.

Also, this be including the overpriced, marketplace xbox ones (and not the marketplace PS4s)? This is probably taken right after Amazon got a shipment in one of their warehouses and could sell them while the only available Ones are on the marketplace selling for way to much.

Are neogaf users this desperate to attempt to monitor this?

on one day, overall the xbox has gone back in stock many more times than the ps4, this literally means nothing.

It's actually 3 to 1 in my house right now. I got a launch PS4 and Xbox One and found a PS4 for my brother and brother in law. But imho the Xbox One has better software. My brother already had a Wii U but my brother in law is a huge Sony fanboy do my advice meant almost nothing. It seems obvious in my circle that casuals will buy one or the other. And the selling point is future Sony first party exclusives. So no pressure Sony.....

After the scalpers and diehard lemmings got their Xbone the demand was gone. I laugh at lems that thought Xbone was ever selling as well as PS4. There are pictures over on GAF of places that still have unsold DAY ONE EDITIONS. Nobody has ever seen a PS4 on the shelf.

anyways.. We got a shipment of 120+ PS4s today, and had like 10 XBONES in stock from another day.

PS4 sold out before the Xbones did.

My friends never heard of Wii U, few people buys Xbox One, everyone buys PS4 and will buy in future too/europe
