Huge Thanks to Shadowchronicle, Cherokee_Jack and Hexashadow for their amazing contributions to this thread.
Sony will write the final chapter to Microsofts prologue before the E3 expo itself has even begun. The necessity of Sony fronting multiple formats in these conferences occasionally leads to unbalance, but PS4 will undoubtedly be the focus. The PlayStation project has been making all the right noises to core gamers since PS4s New York reveal in February, and you can expect the fan-friendly anti-DRM and pro-indie messages to continue at E3. There will be big guns. Uncharted 4? Probably. Again, solid release dates and prices may come later in the summer, but this has to be worth staying up for!.

Official PlayStation E3 Conference Live Stream
Likely Showings
- More footage of Killzone: Shadow Fall, Infamous: Second Son, Drive Club, and Knack. UPDATE: GT will be showing off new Knack and KZ stuff before the conference so we might not see those two at the conference
- Footage of Gran Turismo 6.
- Assassins Creed Rising Phoenix, set to come out October 10th for Vita, but it hasn't been formally revealed yet.
- Whatever Ready at Dawn are working on for the PS4: "Ready At Dawn is hiring. Were looking for exceptional candidates to help develop an exciting new IP for a Next-Generation home console." The super high chance it'll be at E3 comes from a Bethesda animator (and thus an insider) who has "high hopes" for it and referred to it when discussing E3 on twitter.
- Assassins Creed 4 and Watchdogs Footage.
- Final Fantasy XVersus: The hype began for this when during the PS4 reveal Square Enix head came on stage and said they would be unveiling a major FF title at E3. This was accompanied by reports of disatisfaction with the way FF Versus was proceeding and a promise of revealing a lot of info soon. And then there have beenrumors from the same source that was right about a lot of leaks behind PS4 and XBOne.
- Lots of Vita stuff. Several Sony insiders have made powerful claims about Vita games, and a Game Informer Editor said that Vita will have a surprisingly strong showing at E3.
- Worldwide Launch Dates in 2013
- Free 2 Play MMO War Thunder, though it'll probably just be part of a montage or something
- Tretton on Stage. He's the head of SCEA. Of course he'll be on stage.
- New Playstation Online Structure New
- Media Stuff to attempt to counter MS. Hope it won't take too long.
- More on Gaikai.
Possible Appearance
- Sony Bend's New Game
- Dark Souls II for PS4, with a release on March 2014.
- MGSV for PS4, Sony is trying making an effort to make Metal Gear Solid.
- Vita Price Drop and/or Slim 4G Version
- What Naughty Dog's second B team has been working on.
- Little Big Planet 3
- Resident Evil 7. Rumor has it its been in development for sometime.
- The Order 1886, whatever that is that is. Rumors can't come to a concensus on whether it's Naughty Dog or Guerilla.
- A description about how used games and DRM are going to work on the PS4.
- Oculus Rift: This was teased by Yoshida though he sort of back tracked on it. Other Sony studios have also tweeted using it. And several important figures on hte Oculus team used to be a part of Gaikai. So there's a good chance something is up.
- Cerny on Stage: He might be there to present Knack, but as the hardware has more or less been completely revealed, he probably won't be there for long.
