PlayStation 'master key' leaked online

What in the hell is going on? They didnt learn from the last time? I know all consoles get pirated, but have any to this level? I mean playing pirated games is one thing, but having the master key is a serious issue.navyguy21

I heard that the recent PS3 and some of the other slims boot on LV2 instead of 0, so not all PS3s are cracked.

If this develops, screw trading my PS3 in. I'm smashing it to bits.

I give it a month MAX if anything happens, then screw it I'm going 360 again.

You cant stop the internet, everything gets leaked on it, i'm not pro piracy at all, but if someone wants to hack there console I really don't care but coming online and hacking a game ruining my gaming experience online I feel like taking a hammer around to there house and smashing there console into tiny pieces.Totalgym9000

Hackers have been trying since launch. Nintendo secured the hell out of the system unlike the Wii and DS.

Pirates will never quit trying to break the system. It gives them a rush. Might as well just concentrate on keeping loyal customers loyal and opening new markets, since pirates will never go away.Zeviander

I agree, piracy is a constant in the industry, and won't ever be going away. Figting the pirates ultimately just ends up hurting the loyal and paying consumers...

The more you go after pirates, the harder they'll push back at you...
