Okay i mean games close to GTA if it is free roaming it's not automaticly a GTA clone for a GTA clone it most include guns free roaming an abailty to take missions whenever you want So Bully is not a GTA clone. Any way i would say Mercenaries.

Saint's Row by far.

I only hope Rockstar aren't too snobby to adopt some of the great things that Saint's Row improved on compared to GTA.

on that list my favourite is saints row. though overall im not sure which i prefer between saints and crackdown.

Saints Row by far. I might even say Saints Row over some Gta games.

Saints Row added what GTA SA was missing. The car customization was awesome, as was the character customization. Plus the aiming was way better then anything GTA has done. Melee combat was all the more better with it. So was drivebys :twisted:. Also the stroy was pretty good.

mercenaries is GTA set in a warzone mercenarie is the least like a clone and by far the best game on that list.

Saints Row is the best one on that list. I liked Saints Row a load more than any of the GTA games. Crackdown is great as well, which I also enjoyed more than the GTA games. :D

After playing Saints Row GTA just was not as good for me. I hope Rockstar knows they need to put out their "A" game for GTA4

All free-roaming games aren't GTA clones. Mercenaries has nothing in common with GTA. On the other hand, Saint's Row is pretty much a GTA clone, but it's the best one, too.
