(Poll) GS UFC - Round 4: Killer Instinct

The King of Fighters poll is concluded, with Iori Yagami as the winner. We now move on to Round 4 - Killer Instinct.

This mega-poll, The Gamespot Ultimate Fighting Championship, comes with the help of Shungokustasu, our resident blackbelt gamer, who provided his expert consultation on the genre :) We're going to determine the fiercest tournament fighter and with so many titles, this poll will be running for 12 WEEKS, 1 week each for 10 preliminary rounds and 2 weeks for the Finals. The games being covered are;

Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, King of Fighters, Killer Instincts, Darkstalkers
Virtua Fighter, Tekken, Dead or Alive, Soulcalibur, Super Smash Bros

Since each poll has room for only 5 slots, only 5 of the top scoring winners will proceed to the Finals. To determine that, the number of votes each winning fighter gets will be compared and the 5 lowest are eliminated. So not only does a fighter have to win their poll, they have to have more votes than the other winners.

Also lets get something else out of the way. Most of these games have a bigger roster than these polls can hold, especially SF and MK. So yes, there WILL be fighters missing from the polls. Believe me, there are lots of characters I would have liked to see in some polls, but space is limited. That's just the way it has to be. Lets not whine about why He or She isn't in the poll, and just vote from who is on the lists.

There was this one time where I was beating my older brother so badly that he disconnected my controller. After that, well, you can figure that out.

Lesson learned on that day: Never let your opponent sit right next to the power/reset button or the controller ports.

Cinder. Also why in the hell isn't Killer Instinct on XLA? Hell M$ dumped all that money into Rare they can at least put out their great classics. geist117

Sorry there wasn't room for Cinder. And I couldn't agree more about Live Arcade. Killer Instinct MUST be available on that. 

Jago hands down

1. Fights well from any range

2. High damage from short fast combos

3. Fast with counters for all moves

I never used jago as he is so strong that he is bordering on cheap imo.  

Wait a minute, how come theres no Guilty Gear in this tournament? *back on topic* The game is pretty balanced but from my experience Jago is probably my favorite, good comboes and juggles like no other.mexicangordo

As much as I love Orchid, my deep-seeded passion goes to Fulgore. The robotic sounds merged in a sequencial rhythm gives me a hard on. :twisted:Teh_Stevz

That is great I found a killer instinct rom but I did not start creating anything yet.
