I have downsized alot, i had 100s of atari games at one point, over 60 ps1 games, maybe 75 or so ps2 games in total, i no longer own an original xbox or any games for it.

Its lack of space, since im an avid film and literature collector too, my movies and my books are more important than my games, my book and dvd collection make my game collection look pathetic.

Yeah but how old are you dude?

Id stake money on it most of the people with 100+ games are going to be aged 18-30, and its going to be a collection they have had over years, trading ect.

Probably no richer or poorer than yourself, i would expect alot of the people who have lots of games like myself have built the collection up over the years.

Personally ive been playing games since i was about 4 or 5 years old, so ive been playing them nigh on 20 years, ive been collecting them since my teens, so ive had 10 years to build up my collection, id traded in as much stuff as i own probably.

Yeah dont fret it dude, most of them will be spoilt brats, once you have left school and you have a steady job you will be able to buy more games.

Its not about how many games you have, its about how much you enjoy the ones you have.

I use to have 500-600 games, but once I got my DS back in 04', along with some money issues I had to sell all of my

gameboys(I had all of them), the only gam I kept was Metroid Zero Mission (love it). I sold my SNES,my PS1, my PS2,

my N64, my Xbox, and along with all those systems, the games too. But I still have my PC, 360, DS Lite, DreamCast, Sega

Genisis, Sega Saturn, GameGear, and of course my NES. So a rought Estimate I'd say I still have 100-200 games.

Eh don't let that get to you. They're sad for saying stuff to less advantaged people, they need to live in a poor African country or something for a while to teach them a thing or two.

Nawh, like i said, i bet all these people with 100+ games are a fair bit older than yourself, i didnt have much when i started collecting games.

I had an old atari for ages when all the cool kids had a snes or a megadrive, i didnt have my own till much later when they were cheaper to buy 2nd hand.

Dont worry about playing the latest games right now, you can find them in gamestores in the pre owned section in a few years, i cant afford a new pc to play crysis at the moment because i have bills to pay ect, but it will be a game i make a mental note of, and i will eventually have a computer able to run the game in a couple of years.

Hehe, your 13 and you have the weight of the world on your shoulders, you should just knuckle down at school, get some good grades, get an education, and try to get a job as a games journalist or something in 5 years or so, play all the games you would ever want then.
