What type of war shooter do you want it to be?

I'll choose Vietnam War because I love that sandy beach to the dusty jungle and I love the atmosphere, it's so 1970.

A game based off of the Vietnam war would be awesome, players would have to play as the Vietnamese though if the game developer wants the player to be victorious at the end of the game.

None of these. Give me a fantasy shooter with actual playability, unlike that trite Legendary. I know you say 'War' shooter, but an apocalyptic End of Times Shooter set during the War b/w Anti-Christ and Christ would be epic.

There were a ton of Vietnam games released last Gen. It got to be worse than WW2. Most were pretty bad though, so maybe a good Vietnam game is needed.

CoD:Vietnam is the worst concept ever.

Gameplay would last around four minutes, and would have yo walk forward a few feet, fall in a pit of feces covered spikes, and slowly bleed to death.

Even if the Americans did get a couple Northerners, It's not in any way good enough to warrent a game.

Well, I have plenty of WWII games, and Halo Reach is looking promising, so futuristic warfare FTW!

But in all seriousness a CoD Future Warfare>> Modern Warfare> WWII.

Maybe Future Warfare, Who wouldn't love seeing a CoD styled Future Combat game. We already are gonna get Vietnam combat with CoD7.

Why would they make movies based on Vietnam? Why make a movie on Operation Market Garden (Bridge Too Far)? It's to show the depict the struggle as the troops went through it. Not everyone can come out of a movie or game feeling like a winner.

Not only that, some pretty horrendous tactics were used like napalming entire villages of civillians and the like. I don't think that's something people would like to actually see the US do, even in a video game.

i wish they would make a good game. the idea of the call of duty in space would be sweet. shattered horizon wasnt very good unfortunately

HL isn't a WAR shooter. War shooter as in KZ2, COD, Battlefield, Medal of Honor etc.
